The blue eyes and flowing hair entice you into this portrait as the face is placed in the upper left third of the image and allows the eye to flow down the arm.
I find that the hand is over exposed ( brighter ) compared to the rest of the image and therefore losing detail in the skin tone. The lighting in the eye closest to the shoulder lets the image down slightly as the lighting in the other eye really does captivate me as a viewer. - Matthew
