As a hairdresser my first reaction is what great hair! What a bold shot very straight on, no beating around the bush. His expression is of disinterest Impressive catch lights in the eyes without reflections on the glasses. Shame he chose such a plain black T-shirt. Sue Sibley

When looking at this in print, the eyes do really grab you. I had to tear myself away from the stare to examine the rest of the image. The flesh tones and accent light on the model paired with the out of focus background really does at depth to this portrait.
The fine vignette also draws the eye into the subject where again you being to connect with the eyes. - Matthew
