Leon has the look of a long suffering model. I love the outfit. Great lighting on his face. I find the crop rather tight chipping into his arm on the right and his hand off at the bottom. The vignette has given him a halo around his left hand side. Sue Sibley

This fine chap is looking rather dapper in his tweed. The soft lighting on the face brings out that softness on his skin and maintains the detail in the folds of the jacket.
When I first saw the image I was distracted by the black bar as it is very dominant in the frame. It was only on closer inspection and a second look that I could see that it was the barrels of an over and under shotgun that he was holding.
The background in this portrait enhances the subject matter but I feel cutting through the left hand weakened the image. - Matthew
