COLOUR - He's Behind You by Steve Haydon (14 marks)

Not only is he behind you but he is eating you! I’m a bit worried about how big he is if he can tuck into a wasp. The picture is a bit muddily with leaves and legs and the vignette is very heavy, I’m sure to try to keep us focused on the subject. There is some great details but I would consider a tighter crop and less darkening around the edges. Sue Sibley
Whatever the species is it matters not as the spider has found his feast. A lovely well composed and executed macro shot, certainly for me well worthy of a star certificate. - Martin
