MONO - Castlerock surfer by T Kelly (9 marks)

This composition has great potential with the crashing wave and surfer standing there watching. I do not know if the post processing of the image has reduced it overall quality but I found that detail has been lost in the rocks on either side of the pier and the blacks become very dominant. Framing the surfer with the crashing wave does make them stand out due to opposing colours so there was a good thought process out into the composition of this image. - Matthew
