MONO - You Wait for Ages by Pete Irvine (9 marks)

When I saw the title of this image it was very clear and brought a smile to my face.
The panoramic crop suits this image although I do feel a little more room around the entire frame would have suited although that may not have been possible with other distractions creeping into shot.
As you study the image you see every bus has its own form of dereliction which adds interest but as the overall tone of the image has very little contrast and tonal range the buses start to bleed into the surrounding nature and this weakens the subject matter for me.
Perhaps that was the authors thoughts where nature reclaims itself? - Matthew
